The Delgany housing development in Greystones involved the construction of 84 houses on a 10.5-acre site with significant changes in ground levels across the site.

KSC Ltd. delivered the civil engineering and site development works required to prepare the development for construction on sloping terrain. Our scope included earthworks and groundworks, installation of drainage infrastructure, and construction of reinforced concrete retaining walls to manage level changes across the site.

The project required coordination across multiple house construction systems, including traditional masonry, timber frame, and insulated concrete form (ICF) builds, during the site development phase.
