Perched on a picturesque Greystones hilltop, the Delgany housing complex presented a unique challenge: constructing 84 houses across 10.5 acres of steep terrain with significant elevation changes. KSC Ltd. played a pivotal role in overcoming these challenges, handling all aspects of site development.

Our expertise ensured meticulous groundwork and preparation, installation of a robust drainage infrastructure, and the construction of retaining walls (RC walls) to manage the slopes. We then laid the foundations for all houses and completed backfilling operations up to floor level.

Demonstrating our versatility, the Delgany project employed a variety of house construction methods – traditional builds, timber frame, and Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF). This adaptability is a hallmark of KSC Ltd., allowing us to deliver exceptional results regardless of the chosen methodology.
