KSC Ltd. delivered the construction of a 1,200m² Georgian-style residence in Drumshallon, County Louth. The project was completed in December 2010, with a total value of approximately €2 million. The works covered the main construction phase of the dwelling, including structural elements and the coordination of internal and external finishes required to bring the build to completion.

The house was finished to a high specification, with features such as timber sash windows, a feature staircase, and bespoke fitted joinery throughout. A geothermal heating system was also integrated as part of the building services.

Overall, the project combined traditional architectural detailing with modern construction methods and energy-efficient building services, delivered within a high-spec residential build.
