Our Commitment

KSC Ltd. complies with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the principles of the Criminal Law (Human Trafficking) Act 2008, as amended by the Criminal Law (Human Trafficking) (Amendment) Act 2013. Our commitments include:

Our Supply Chain

KSC Ltd. works with suppliers who share our commitment to ethical labour practices. We conduct due diligence on our suppliers before establishing business relationships and include anti-slavery and human trafficking clauses in our contracts. Regular reviews of our suppliers' practices ensure ongoing compliance with our standards.

Reporting Concerns

KSC Ltd. encourages employees, contractors, and business partners to report any concerns about modern slavery or human trafficking in our operations or supply chain. Reports can be made confidentially through our whistleblowing hotline or to a manager. We investigate all concerns reported in good faith.

Transparency

KSC Ltd. is committed to transparency in our efforts to combat modern slavery and human trafficking. We will publish an annual statement outlining the steps we have taken to prevent modern slavery in our business and supply chain.
