Drogheda Port underwent a significant transformation in 2010 with the completion of Harbourville House, a brand new €1.3 million office building. KSC Ltd. played a key role in this project, collaborating with a team of experts (Brady Hughes Architects, Doherty Finegan Kelly structural engineers, and Murtagh Surveyors Ltd. quantity surveyors).

Harbourville House replaced a dated warehouse structure on the banks of the River Boyne. The impressive three-story building boasts a modern design featuring blue limestone cladding on the ground floor and a sleek white finish on the upper levels. KSC Ltd.'s expertise extended beyond the building itself, encompassing extensive site development works. This included the creation of a new car park, an entrance road, and the installation of essential site services. The completion of Harbourville House marked a significant upgrade for Drogheda Port, providing a modern and functional workspace while enhancing the overall aesthetic of the waterfront area.
